How does AI Try It On work?
Upload a clear front-facing photo on any product page and our AI generates a preview of you wearing that style and color. It's a helpful reference tool, actual color, tone, and length may vary slightly from the preview and from the physical product.
Do you store my photo?
No. Your photo is used only to generate your preview and is not saved on our servers afterward.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, along with other payment options available at checkout such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-7 business days within the US. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I return a wig if the color doesn't match?
See our Refund Policy for full details, items must be unworn and unopened, with tags attached. Our AI preview is a color reference tool, not a guarantee of an exact match.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, currently we only ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email automatically once your order ships.
