Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the US.

Shipping cost: Standard shipping is a flat $8, or free on orders $50 and up. Need it faster? Express shipping is a flat $15.

Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and DHL, whichever gets your order to you best.

Order tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email automatically once your order ships.

International shipping: Currently we only ship within the United States.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, contact us at wigswitchadmin@wigswitch.com and we will look into it with the carrier.
