Returns & Refunds We want you to love your new look. If something isn't right, here's how returns work: Return window: You may return unworn, unopened items within 3 days of delivery. We keep this window short because wigs can be damaged more easily the longer they're out of their original packaging. Condition required: Because wigs are a hygiene product, we can only accept returns that are unworn, unopened, with tags attached, and show no signs of styling, cutting, or wear. Items that don't meet this condition cannot be returned or refunded. Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 20% applies to approved returns. How to start a return: Contact us at wigswitchadmin@wigswitch.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you — no restocking fee applies. Color/style variance: Our AI virtual try-on tool is a color and style reference only — actual color, tone, and length may vary slightly from what's shown. This natural variance isn't grounds for a free return, but we're happy to help if something looks significantly different from the product photos.
